Return requirements:
- To receive a full refund, the washer must be returned in its original packaging.
- If the original packaging is not available, a $19.99 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This helps ensure the product is protected during shipping and can be safely inspected.

- We’ll send you detailed return instructions.
- Refunds are processed promptly once we receive and inspect your washer.
Warranty coverage:
- After your trial period, your washer is covered by a 12-month warranty for persistent machine malfunctions that would reasonably occur under normal use.
- This warranty does not cover issues caused by user error or outside factors.
