Best Practices for Using Your Washer:

1. Only use dishwashing detergent (powder, gel, or liquid). Do not use handwash detergent.

2. Add water directly to the designated water reservoir. Do not add water directly into the glass.

3. Avoid using dishwashing detergent that contains citric acid, as it may cause excessive foaming.

4. Ensure the lid and glass reservoir are tightly secured before starting a wash cycle.

5. Purified or distilled water is recommended, as water hardness in some regions may cause damage to the machine.

6. Maintain the water level between the MIN and MAX markers (3.6-3.8L).

7. Do not exceed 5ml/g of dishwasher detergent per cycle.

8. Ensure the drainage pipe is clear of any blockages or obstructions. Do not bend, squeeze, or knot the pipe. Avoid raising or elevating the drainage pipe, as this may affect the cleaning and drying process. Additionally, do not immerse the end of the drainage pipe deeply into water to prevent any backflow.
