12-Month Warranty Coverage
Our baby bottle washer are backed by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturer-related defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
🛠️ What’s Covered
- Mechanical or electrical malfunctions
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship
🚫 What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)
- Any leaks or water-related damages
- Use of non-recommended cleaning agents (e.g., citric acid)
- Any attempt to disassemble or modify the product
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team at support@totinnovations.co
- Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible.
- We’ll review your claim within 2–3 business days and guide you through the next steps.
Warranty claims after the 30-day trial period are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts/products at our discretion. Refunds are not available after the initial 30-day trial period.
Returns & Shipping for Warranty Claims
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective.
- All approved warranty replacements will be shipped free of charge.
